        We use An Post and Royal Mail for deliveries. Delivery in Ireland usually takes between 1 and 3 working days.

        We aim to ship all in stock items within 1 working day. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be shipped next working day.  If an item is unavailable we will contact you to discuss the options. 

        Delivery address must have an occupant for expected delivery dates.

        In case of items returned to us as undelivered. We will issue a refund for the cost of the items less actual postage cost incurred by us (we often pay more for shipping than is charged to the customer) and less a restocking fee of 20%.

        IMPORTANT NOTICE:  IMPORT DUTY AND VAT

        We cannot guarantee that you will, or, will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

        If you order products from our website for delivery inside the EU, The Craft Merchants are obliged to include taxes at the prevailing rate.  If you order products from our website for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.  You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.  Please note The Craft Merchants have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.  We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.  Please note it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.  The Craft Merchants is not liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
